How to read insurance quote quality

Evaluate insurance quote requests by checking coverage need, eligibility, renewal timing, decision role, contact permission, and bound-policy outcome.

Quote volume does not show quote quality. Read the request against coverage fit, eligibility, renewal timing, decision authority, and whether the person can be contacted.

Read the evidence in three passes.

Step 01

Check coverage fit

Confirm the policy type, risk or asset, location, current coverage, material eligibility facts, and any non-negotiable requirement.

Step 02

Check timing and authority

Record the renewal or effective date, decision role, other stakeholders, and permission to call, email, or text.

Step 03

Check the outcome

Separate incomplete requests from quoted opportunities, scheduled consultations, bound policies, and disqualified risks.

What a useful result looks like.

A useful result shows which source produces eligible quote requests that can be contacted and which requests advance to a bound policy.
