Stan Consulting · Marketing Atlas · Layer 2

Case Files.

Composite scenarios, public-platform teardowns, and structural decompositions of marketing operations. Proof without client exposure. The pattern, not the name.

What a Case File is.

Case Files are how the Atlas carries memory. Each one is a structural decomposition of a marketing operation that broke in a specific, recognisable way. The numbers are real. The pattern is real. The named operator is not.

Three types live here. Real anonymized cases are single engagements with the identifying details stripped. Composite cases synthesize the pattern across multiple audits where one engagement alone would expose the client. Public-platform teardowns work from publicly visible material — landing pages, public ad libraries, indexed campaigns — without any private data. Every Case File declares its type at the top.

The Reference layer flattens toward AI extraction. Case Files do the opposite. They carry voice. They carry stakes. They are the layer that makes the Atlas readable as something other than a glossary.

Read the methodology behind the cases.

Every Case File ties back to a Position page that names the Stan Consulting methodology used to diagnose it. Reading both gives the full structural picture: what broke, and why the firm reads it that way.
