The base storefront controls which prices move
Apple's August 27 notice schedules automatic price changes from September 14 for Israel, Indonesia, Morocco, and the Republic of the Congo when one of those markets is not the app's base storefront.
If an affected market is the base storefront, its price stays fixed while equalized prices elsewhere can change. Auto-renewable subscriptions and manually managed storefront prices are excluded from these automatic changes.
Proceeds changed before the price deadline
The same notice says eligible proceeds changed on August 27 in Morocco, the Republic of the Congo, and Tanzania. A change to proceeds and a change to the price the buyer sees need separate checks.
Our recommendation is to assign the proceeds review to finance and the localized offer review to the person responsible for campaign copy. Both should use the actual App Store Connect records for the app.
Review price-led creative before it runs
Open Pricing and Availability and compare the upcoming prices with advertisements, landing pages, and scheduled messages that name a price. Check the relevant storefront instead of assuming one global price change.
Keep a record of which prices are manually managed and which use automatic equalization. Update affected creative before the effective date, and verify the customer-facing price again when the change takes effect.

What to check next
- Review upcoming prices in App Store Connect for the app's actual base storefront.
- Check price-led ads and landing pages in the affected markets.
- Have finance review proceeds separately, including subscription and manual-price exceptions.
Sources and scope
Auto-renewable subscriptions and manually managed storefront prices are excluded from the automatic price changes. A base storefront in the affected group can also change equalized prices elsewhere.
