The business tiers create a new software budget line
Meta announced Meta One on September 15. Business and creator bundles start at $14.99 a month for Essential, $49.99 for Advanced, $149 for Expert, and $499 for Max.
The plans bundle tools across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meta AI. A business should compare the account's actual offer with tools it already pays for before treating the bundle as a default upgrade.
Useful features sit on different tiers
Essential includes a verified badge, a verified WhatsApp Business channel, impersonation protection, and more access to Meta Business Agent, subject to successful verification. Advanced adds story scheduling, links in organic posts and reels, exportable analytics, team access, linked devices, and WhatsApp broadcast credits.
Expert and Max raise feature access and Business Agent capacity. Meta did not publish one fixed allowance that applies to every account, so capacity needs to be checked inside the subscription flow.
Buy the tier for one named job
Choose the work first: team access, exportable reporting, WhatsApp response volume, publishing, or verification. If the team has no current problem that the tier fixes, the subscription adds cost without a clear operating change.
Our recommendation: set a 30-day review date and one usage measure before subscribing. Cancel or move tiers if the paid feature is not used or does not replace another tool.

What to check next
- Open the Meta One offer shown to the business account.
- Record the exact regional price, features, and included capacity.
- Compare those features with current publishing, analytics, and support tools.
- Choose one paid feature and define how its use will be measured.
- Set a 30-day review before keeping or changing the tier.
Sources and scope
Meta says the plans are globally available, but pricing, benefits, and availability can vary by region, app, and account. Some features are planned rather than available now, and verification remains subject to approval.
The announcement is confirmed by the source below. Practical checks in this article are Stan Consulting's recommendations.
