Website Lead Accountability Scorecard

Answer 10 questions to see whether website traffic can be connected to confirmed inquiries, qualified opportunities, booked calls, and a monthly marketing decision.

1. Named buyer or revenue action

The page names the call, quote request, booking, purchase, or other revenue action it should produce.

2. Traffic and page promise match

The search result, ad, email, or referral promise matches what the landing page says and offers.

3. Offer and message clarity

A qualified buyer can understand what is offered, who it is for, and what to do next without hunting.

4. Owned access

The business has administrative access to the website, analytics, tag manager, forms, call tracking, and CRM used in the path.

5. Measurable primary action

The primary call, form, quote, or booking action is recorded as a specific event with its landing page and source.

6. Confirmed inquiry event

A successful form, call, or booking can be separated from a click or submit attempt that never became an inquiry.

7. Qualified inquiry definition

The team uses a written rule to distinguish a real service fit and next action from an unqualified inquiry.

8. Follow-up owner and response time

A named person or process owns the reply, and the expected response time is clear.

9. Booked-call reconciliation

The CRM or calendar can connect a qualified inquiry to a booked sales conversation without relying on browser behavior alone.

10. Monthly marketing decision

Each month the team can choose what to stop, change, or scale using the same website-to-lead evidence chain.

What the completed score means

Keep the answer visible

The score, selected answers, and next actions appear on this page before any email field is shown.

Use the first weak handoff

Start with the earliest No or Partly answer in the path. Later numbers cannot repair a missing earlier connection.

Make one monthly decision

Use the same evidence chain to stop, change, or scale the next marketing action.

Rubric and methodology

Ten equal questions. One visible formula.

Rubric v1.0

Each question receives 0, 1, or 2 points. The score is the total points divided by 20. No hidden weighting is used. A completed score describes the answers selected during this visit.

Benchmark status
Not an industry benchmark

What does the Website Lead Accountability Scorecard do?

It shows whether the website-to-lead path can be connected from traffic through confirmed inquiries, qualified opportunities, booked calls, and a monthly decision.

Is this score an industry benchmark?

No. Rubric v1.0 is a transparent self-assessment of the current evidence chain, not an industry benchmark or a promise of results.

What should happen after the score?

Use the result to choose the weak handoff to change, see the service, or have Stan Consulting run the work.
