Three choices

Choose what you want handled.

Every plan includes the website. The bigger plans add the monthly work that brings in searches and leads.

1

Website

$249/ month

12 monthly payments · $2,988 first year

A professional contractor website, built and managed for you.

You get

  • 5-page website
  • Calls and estimate form
  • Hosting and maintenance
  • One website update each month
  • Website handoff after payment 12

Why $249: it covers the build, hosting, and upkeep, paid monthly instead of a $2,000+ build invoice up front.

Website + Local SEO + Ads

from$999/ month

12 monthly payments · from $11,988 first year

The website, local SEO, and managed lead campaigns.

You get

  • Everything in Local SEO
  • Google Search or Local Services Ads
  • Meta lead ads
  • Weekly campaign checks
  • Four ad graphics each month

Why +$450: it pays for campaign management. Ad spend goes to Google and Meta from your card, separately.

Choose Ads

All three plans: 12 monthly payments. After payment 12, continue month to month or take the website handoff.

The ads plan starts at $999 a month, is capacity-limited, and excludes client-paid ad spend. Final scope and billing follow the accepted order and Stan Consulting terms.

Where the money goes

Why $249, $549, and $999 are different.

The price follows the monthly labor. Each step up adds a specific block of work, so you can see exactly what the next $300 or $450 buys.

$249base

Pays for the site itself.

The launch build, hosting, security updates, and one edit a month. A one-off contractor site build usually runs $2,000–$4,000 before hosting; here the build cost is spread across the 12 payments instead of invoiced up front.

+$300= $549

Pays for new search work every month.

A new service or area page written for your trade and territory, a Google Business Profile post, and a monthly report on calls, form fills, and search movement. This is production work, and it is the part that grows where you show up.

+$450= $999+

Pays for someone running your ads.

Google Search or Local Services Ads plus Meta lead ads: campaign setup, weekly checks, budget and bid adjustments, and four ad graphics a month. Ad spend itself goes from your card to Google and Meta, so the management fee stays flat and visible.

What the contractor gets

A website connected to the way jobs are actually won.

The point is not to fill a page package. It is to help a homeowner, property manager, or commercial buyer understand the work, trust the business, and take the next step without hunting for it.

01 / Service clarity

Sell the work you want more of.

Main services get their own useful explanation, qualifications, service-area context, and estimate action.

02 / Mobile action

Make the phone do its job.

Calls, quote requests, business hours, and contact details stay easy to reach on the screen most prospects use.

03 / Real proof

Use the facts the business can support.

Licensing, insurance, project photos, process, warranty facts, and service details are placed where they answer buyer doubt.

04 / Local context

Name where the crew can actually work.

Service areas reflect real operating territory. The site avoids copied city pages that say nothing useful.

05 / Search structure

Give Google a clean service map.

Titles, headings, internal links, canonicals, sitemaps, and structured facts help search systems identify the business correctly.

06 / Ownership

Know what becomes yours and when.

Your domain, business information, and client-owned accounts stay yours. After payment 12, the client-specific website files and included plan assets follow the written handoff path.

From request to handoff

See what happens across the full 12 months.

The request confirms the right production level before billing begins. The launch build comes first, one defined unit ships each month, and payment 12 opens the handoff or month-to-month continuation decision.

Step 1

Choose a plan.

Pick Website, Local SEO, or Ads. The ads plan starts with a call.

Step 2

Confirm scope and billing.

You receive the plan scope, 12-month commitment, access list, and correct recurring payment path before work begins.

Step 3

Provide the business facts.

Send the services, service areas, domain status, licenses, project photos, and secure account access the build needs.

Step 4

Launch, then ship monthly.

The standard site is presented after complete intake and access. The selected plan then delivers its defined improvement, page, profile, or campaign work each month.

Step 5

Choose at payment 12.

Continue month to month, or receive the client-specific website and included-account handoff described in the plan and terms.

Clear scope

What is included, and what needs a separate quote.

The pricing works because each tier has a fixed monthly production unit and stated caps. Anything outside those boundaries is identified before extra work begins.

Included in the subscription

  • The listed standard website, maintenance, edit, and visibility work for the selected plan
  • Routine updates required to keep the included website working
  • Coordination through one primary business contact
  • Client ownership of the domain and client-owned business accounts
  • Handoff of client-specific website files and included plan assets after payment 12 when the account is current

Quoted separately when needed

  • Pages, edit volume, or copy depth beyond the selected plan
  • Custom calculators, booking systems, portals, ecommerce, CRM builds, or other integrations
  • Paid advertising below the Website + Local SEO + Ads plan; media spend, call-tracking fees, premium tools, stock media, photography, or video
  • Brand identity work, logo design, legal copy, accessibility certification, or licensing verification
  • Emergency work, migrations with unusual technical risk, or third-party platform recovery

Plan questions

The short answers.

Why is each plan priced differently?

The price follows the monthly labor. $249 covers the build, hosting, and upkeep. The extra $300 in the $549 plan pays for new local SEO production every month: a new service or area page, a Google Business Profile post, and a monthly calls-and-forms report. The extra $450 in the $999 plan pays for managed Google and Meta lead campaigns with weekly checks and four ad graphics a month.

Is there a separate website build fee?

A standard website build within the plan scope is included in the monthly subscription and initial term. Custom integrations, extra pages, premium software, paid media, photography, and work outside the listed scope are quoted separately before work begins.

Why is every plan 12 months?

There is no separate standard build invoice. The launch build and monthly production are paid across 12 payments. That keeps the monthly scope and ownership handoff on one clear schedule instead of giving the larger plan more work for a shorter commitment.

What happens after the initial term?

After payment 12, billing continues month to month at the plan rate unless you choose the handoff and cancel before a future billing cycle under the terms.

What exactly transfers after payment 12?

You keep ownership of your domain, business information, and client-owned accounts throughout. After 12 successful payments and payment of all amounts due, the client-specific website files and included plan assets are handed over. Stan Consulting background materials, reusable systems, third-party licenses, hosting accounts, and non-transferable tools are excluded.

Do the plans guarantee rankings or leads?

No. The plans provide the listed website, visibility, or advertising work, but rankings, AI citations, traffic, calls, estimate requests, and sales depend on competition, location, demand, business proof, response time, ad spend, platform eligibility, and other factors outside Stan Consulting's control.

How do I start?

Choose Website, Local SEO, or Ads and submit the request. We confirm the scope, access, and 12-month billing agreement before work begins. The ads plan starts with a call.

Can you use my current website?

Yes, when the current platform and access are workable. We will confirm whether the existing site can support the plan or whether a new standard build is the cleaner path.
