Five questions every commercial page should answer before you send traffic to it. The check takes 10 minutes and exposes the clarity gaps that keep buyers from acting.
Could be your homepage, a service page, a Pain page, a comparison page. Any commercial page where you want a buyer to take action.
Could a specific real operator type the exact phrasing in this page's H1 at 11pm without thinking? If the H1 uses category language (marketing strategy, neutral triage, consent rights, authority map), no. Rewrite to operator language.
Is the contradiction the operator is feeling named within 60 seconds? Not "the structural pattern beneath delegation failure." Yes "the work you handed off came back wrong. You explained it again. It came back wrong again."
Does the page reveal a leak the operator can see in their own business by tomorrow morning? Not "decision-guidance audit." Yes "open last quarter's meeting notes and count how many decisions appear three times."
Is the next action concrete and specific? Not "explore the Atlas." Yes "open last quarter's calendar and mark every meeting where the decision did not close." Specific enough to do after closing the tab.
Does the trust come from a thing the operator can verify in their own week? Not "first-principles approach." Yes "Stan Consulting checks one specific decision alongside you. Three hours. Written deliverable. He does not stay."
Five yes answers = the page is ready for buyers. Four = one structural gap; fix the failing question. Three or fewer = page is decorative; significant rewrite required.
If multiple pages fail the gate and you need a structural assessment, the Conversion Growth System (scoped after intake) audits the gate on every page in 72 hours.
