What is the refund policy in plain terms?

Full refund within 24 hours of order placement, no questions asked. After the discovery call (day 1-3), a pro-rated refund is available up to the end of the audit phase (day 14). Once the install phase ships (day 15 onward), the engagement is non-refundable because the structural assets have been delivered and installed on your site. This mirrors the standard refund structure for written-deliverable consulting engagements.

What if my business is not cited by AI after the BUILD ships?

Citation outcomes depend on category competitiveness and the AI engines' indexing cycle. The 30-day BUILD installs every structural signal. Initial citation appearances typically arrive within 60 to 120 days. If no citation appears within 90 days of the BUILD ending, Stan re-runs the diagnosis at no additional cost and identifies what the engines are still missing. This is built into the engagement, not an add-on.

Does my business need an existing website?

Yes. The BUILD installs signals on an existing website. If you do not have a website yet, the path is a separate 5-day landing-page build first ($1,500), then the BUILD. The two combined deliver an AI-citable starting state for businesses starting from zero.
