The work
Stan Consulting is a marketing diagnostics and consulting practice. We identify structural problems in paid advertising accounts and conversion systems that are costing businesses money, and delivers prioritized fix roadmaps that are commercially defensible.
Stan Tscherenkow leads the strategic and diagnostic layer on every engagement. We have the execution capacity to implement the roadmap when the diagnosis is followed by a build. The division matters: the diagnosis is the commercial judgment, the implementation is the technical execution. Both sit under the principal's direction.
Production is cheap. The judgment that prevents an expensive mistake costs something real, and that is what gets delivered in the diagnostic.
The founder
I have spent twenty years running paid advertising, first inside US ecommerce and B2B companies, then as a principal consultant to firms across the United States, Europe, and Asia. In 2019 I formed Stan Consulting LLC in Roseville, California, to put the diagnostic work I had been doing for years onto a commercial footing.
My education is German and British. I completed an MBA at Universitat Trier in Germany, and a Marketing degree at Loughborough University in the United Kingdom. The German training taught me to diagnose before prescribing. The British training taught me that commercial clarity is more valuable than sophisticated process.
The work I publish under Stan Consulting is diagnostic. It identifies what is costing a business money and what order to resolve it in. When clients want me to implement the roadmap after the diagnosis, we have the capacity to do that. When clients want the diagnosis only, that is also a complete engagement.

When a diagnosis surfaces work the client wants implemented, we scope the implementation on a fit call. Defined block of deliverables. Stated fee. Stated window. Not a monthly retainer.
Stan leads strategy and diagnosis on every engagement. Implementation uses our operational capacity and is supervised to his standard. The engagement letter names the responsible principal directly.
