Calls, estimates & booked work
Getting roof repair leads when you want replacements?
A broad roofing offer can attract every kind of roof problem. If the replacement crew needs work, make that job the focus of its campaign and page.
Check what the customer actually sees
Read the ad and first screen of the landing page together. If they emphasize leaks and quick fixes, repair inquiries are understandable. A replacement campaign needs a replacement message, relevant work and a clear estimate process.
Do not make the customer diagnose the roof
A homeowner with a leak may need a repair or replacement. Ask for the issue and property details, then let your roofing assessment determine the work. Screening should establish fit, not force a technical answer.
Keep repair work where it belongs
If you want repairs, give them a page, budget and reporting category. If you do not offer small repairs, say so clearly. Excluding all repair language without looking at actual inquiry outcomes can also remove useful demand.
Check where the quote process loses people
Replacement requests can still fail to become work. Track inspections held, quotes issued and decisions. Make sure each open proposal has a next action and an owner. A missing follow-up is different from a wrong keyword.
Choose the paid work that addresses the mismatch
Stan Consulting can rebuild the replacement page, manage a more focused campaign or improve proposal follow-up. The choice depends on the evidence in your recent inquiry record, not a promise that a new website will solve everything.
Your team assesses the roof, prepares the quote and agrees the work. Stan Consulting handles the agreed marketing and follow-up; advertising does not guarantee contracts.
