Missing tree service calls while the crew is working?
The next step is not necessarily more advertising. Decide how a new inquiry reaches someone who can arrange an estimate while you are on a job.
Find the gap in the day
Compare call times with crew schedules and advertised contact hours. Check whether missed calls have a next action. Do not assume the phone system or an automatic reply means a person has taken responsibility.
Assign a real response owner
Choose who checks new inquiries, what information they collect and when an unacknowledged request is escalated. The plan has to fit your staffing. A small business may need a simple callback process before it needs complicated software.
Make the acknowledgement accurate
If you use an automated reply, say the request was received and explain the actual next step. Do not promise a same-day visit or immediate personal response when nobody has confirmed it. Use approved channels and customer-contact permissions.
Keep urgent hazards out of a generic sequence
Your approved emergency and safety procedures govern urgent situations. A form or marketing message must not imply that a hazard is being monitored or a crew has been dispatched. Stan Consulting does not write technical emergency instructions for your business.
Judge the change by connected inquiries and estimates
